Where To Get Started?

OK...so you've already decided that Disney World would be an awesome vacation for your family, but how do you get the "process" started? My post to everyone today is: "Whis is the best way to begin your "planning process?" Some people book online while others choose to call and speak with a Disney rep over the phone. Which do you suggest and why?

  1. I am a huge Disney Fan!! I think I may have been there about twelve times! I like planning on the computer. I feel it is better to see the whole picture in front of you about your stay. Also, making reservations for restaurants is extremely important and simple too.

  2. Thanks Kristina!!! I was told that we can actually make reservations 180 days BEFORE our trip, which is awesome! Now I need a new post..."Which restaurants are the best?" Thanks again!

  3. Making reservations early is key and not as difficult as I had anticipated. We are doing teh dining plan. My SIL is a Disney pro so she is writing down my entire itinerary! We are going in June, so I will post lots after we return! Oh, allears.net is very helpful! There is also a restaurant book that is helpful. I will post where we are eating when I get it all together!

  4. DD, kab16 is so right...you have to book your meals early.

Also check into the VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY.
    It's so much fun.

And here is a huge tip...make sure you have your Christmas Shopping and planning done. Because losing a whole week in December will catch up to you. Been there..done that!
